How can I make a complaint about a NALS agent?
All NALS firms as a condition of the licence must have written Customer Complaints Procedure available on request. If the complainant landlord or tenant is not satisfied with the in-house resolution of their grievance you can tell them to refer the matter to the ombudsman scheme which you are signed up to which will appear on your Customer Complaints Procedure.
