How your firm can become NALS Licensed
NALS is open to any agent operating in the private rented sector whether they are part of a professional body or trade association currently or not. There are two routes to the NALS licence:
The "affiliated" route
The "Affiliated" route is where a firm has a principal, partner or director who is a member of ARLA/NAEA/RICS or the Law Society. If your firm belongs to any of these organizations complete the application form below. NALS recognizes the verification procedures your sponsoring organization has already carried out and that you are already part of one of the existing Client Money Protection Schemes and therefore you do not have to contribute to the NALS Client Money Protection Scheme. To complete the NALS application form on-line or to download our application material click on the correct button below.
The "non-affiliated" route
The "Non-affiliated" route is where a firm is not part of any other organization the application process is straightforward and we are here to assist you.
